Cookix's Secrets

Bun Selection

  • Choose brioche or potato buns for extra richness and a soft texture.

Cheese Melt

  • Add a slice of cheddar or pepper jack on each patty and broil until melted.

Crispy Fries

  • Double-fry store-bought fries at 375°F (190°C) for maximum crispiness.

Herb Swap

  • Use fresh thyme or rosemary in place of oregano in the garlic butter.

Sauce Twist

  • Mix yogurt and sriracha for a tangy, spicy alternative to mayo.

Spicy Kick

  • Stir a pinch of red chili powder into the butter for a subtle heat.

Veggie Option

  • Swap tuna cutlets for black bean patties for a vegetarian two-protein version.
