  • 100-120 ml water (about 1/2 to 1/2 cup)

  • 5 yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 120 ml whole milk (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (14 g) + a little extra, melted, for greasing
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, olive oil, salt, and vinegar.
  • 2. Gradually add water while mixing until a smooth, medium dough forms.

  • 3. Shape the dough into a ball, cover it, and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Cook the Onions
